A new machine for cleaning particulate filters for cars, minibuses, DPF, FAP, adblue, and all types of catalysts from the company TURBOLABER. 

The best budget solution for a workshop, car service and even a garage! Compact dimensions and wheels allow you to place this machine even in a small place. The machine does not require connection to water supply and sewerage, it works autonomously. Network 1 phase, 220 volts, 10 amperes, peak power is not more than 5 kW! You do not have to look for an additional electrical connection. 

The machine is very economical. On average, one cleaning cycle, together with drying, consumes no more than 4-5 kW of electricity! A large internal water tank (200 liters) will increase the maintenance period of the machine up to 100 cycles. The machine has an automatic water heating mode, for a more efficient operation of the chemical cleaner. The machine has a diagnosis of contamination of the particulate filter, which allows you to accurately determine whether the DPF needs to be cleaned. 

A semi-automatic cleaning system will allow you to adjust the time and intensity of cleaning depending on the degree of contamination of the particulate filter. You don’t have to be around while cleaning. The machine will turn off automatically at the end of the process. For the first time in a budget machine, there are two drying modes – cold, with compressed air and hot, in which hot air of 80 degrees is supplied to the DPF. The machine set includes all fasteners for all types of DPF for cars, bag filters and a concentrated chemical cleaner for 100 cycles.
